As announced at the 2026 Micro-Intelligence Small Game Developer Conference, the micro-intelligence small game ecosystem reached 500 million active users in 2025 and the number of developers on the platform has increased to 500,000, up from about 400,000 the previous year.

At present, the average daily game time of users is over 60 minutes, with female players accounting for 47 per cent of the total. Users between the ages of 24 and 40 make up about half of the total number of players and another 40 per cent are older than 40, making the platform ‘ s demographic features more extensive than many traditional areas of play.
The call indicates that future growth will come from the provision of user retention rates, longer game hours and the expansion of game types under different equipment and profit models, rather than simply increasing the total number of users. More than 80 per cent of the developers on the platform are small and medium-sized teams with fewer than 30 staff, and many projects were initiated initially by teams of three or four people.

Artificial Intelligence was also a prominent theme at the Conference, placing AI in a tool to improve the development, operation, analysis and user-accessibility of efficiency. Corporate executives stated that AI was helping teams to accelerate prototype design, content creation, testing and optimization, while lowering the developers ‘ access threshold.
